    convenient location
    comfortable caravan
    family-friendly environment
    poor restaurant service
    electricity outage
    customer service issues

I enjoyed my stay in the caravan, with the site being conveniently located for exploring attractions in North Wales. I faced some challenges with the restaurant service and had an issue with a day without electricity, which impacted my experience. Even so, I would consider returning, particularly for families looking for a base to explore the area.

    scenic lake views
    woodland walks
    kids adventure park
    uncomfortable plastic mattresses

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We enjoyed the scenic lake views and took part in woodland walks. The kids had a blast at the adventure park, which kept them entertained while we relaxed. a great place for a group getaway.

The only downside was the uncomfortable plastic mattresses, which made sleeping a bit rough.

    beautiful swimming pool
    lovely caravan
    limited food options
    tricky navigation

The experience was quite enjoyable with a lovely caravan and a beautiful swimming pool, though navigating the site was tricky and we wished for stronger heating in the cold weather. A minor disappointment was that the restaurant and Boathouse had limited food options during our stay.

I truly enjoyed the tranquil surroundings, lovely clean caravan, and the friendly staff who were always helpful. The beautiful views of the countryside made my stay even more delightful and memorable.

More signage needed for easier navigation around the site.

    inviting park
    nice pool
    clean caravan
    high price
    poor dining
    lack of privacy

The park itself felt inviting with well-kept facilities. The swimming pool was a nice retreat, perfect for some relaxation. the restaurant experience left much to be desired. Prices were high considering the subpar quality of the food, which seemed frozen rather than fresh. The lack of WiFi during the first three days was frustrating. I had to make multiple calls to reception before getting online access, which shouldn't be a hassle on holiday. On top of that, the changing facilities near the pool were less than clean, and that was disappointing. Checking in felt chaotic due to the absence of clear signs and not enough parking spaces, especially with children in tow. The caravan's location was picturesque amidst trees, but my family members were far away in a tightly packed area devoid of any privacy. It felt too cramped and built up. While the reception staff were generally friendly, they were understaffed during peak times. It left us longing for more accessible support after hours. Enjoyable moments were overshadowed by the service inconsistencies.

    damp bedding
    limited dining options

Our stay was very disappointing due to several issues. The caravan was damp, and the heating didn't work, which made our nights uncomfortable. the noise from maintenance staff using leaf blowers woke us up every morning, and there were limited dining options, which didn't cater to dietary needs.

    spacious caravan
    clean amenities
    noisy mornings

The caravan was spacious and spotless, which really made us feel at home. Relaxing in the hydrotherapy pool and steam room was just what we needed. One minor hiccup was the noisy leaf blower early in the morning, but it didn't ruin our stay. 🌊

    fresh local fish
    stunning views
    clean caravan
    limited dining options
    bare essentials

The fresh local fish from the nearby markets is to die for! Plus, the stunning views from the caravan topped off our stay beautifully.

The dining options fell a bit short. the restaurant really needs to step up its game. remember to pack your essentials, as the caravans are a bit bare-bones.

perfect base for exploring caernarfon's parks and landmarks

I loved how clean everything was and found the beds really comfortable after long days walking around the area. There are gorgeous parks like Padarn Country Park less than 4 km away and the stunning Caernarfon Castle just 6.5 km from here for some amazing views and history.

    spacious lounge
    family-friendly

Just a suitable option for a brief stopover in Caernarfon with fantastic value. The lounge area was spacious enough for our family, which was a pleasant surprise. Consider bringing essentials as the nearest shop isn't on site.
